The Origin

Antoinette Dawson spent years training, coaching and observing brilliant professionals struggle to articulate what was “off” — not only with their mindset, skills-building, bandwidth & capacity, interpersonal conflict and professional growth, but with something deeper and harder to name.

After working through innumerable frameworks — Immunity to Change, CliftonStrengths, The 5 Dysfunctions, Hogan’s Lead, Predictive Index, MBTI, DISC, Enneagram, Crucial Conversations, and more — and still finding gaps in the language available to her clients, she built her own.

The ‘Dis’ to THIS™ framework was born from conference rooms, Zoom calls, boardrooms, group/team coaching and late-night voice notes. Built from applied behavior & real human-centric engagements — not textbooks or certifications.

Today Antoinette works with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating the unnamed states that keep capable people stuck. Her work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, strategic facilitation, and organizational culture.
